Suspected drunken driver crashes into police SUVs blocking icy highway

A suspected drunken driver crashed into Houston police SUVs parked on the North Loop early Wednesday directing traffic off the highway onto the service road. The four officers were not injured, but DWI charges are pending for the driver.
