Storm delays vehicles, flights: northbound U.S. 59 closed, IAH flights delayed

A storm that swept through the Houston area Sunday afternoon is causing driving and flight delays as northbound U.S. 59 closes, inbound IAH flights are delayed, and United ceases airfield operations because of lightning.
