Spring man arrested for leaving children at home alone

A  Spring man was arrested Wednesday after leaving his two children, one of whom is disabled, at home unsupervised.Michael Tirado, 24, was charged with the felony of abandoning a child with intent to return, according to a filed complaint obtained by the Houston Chronicle.
