Sheriff takes stand in hearing for ex-sheriff's deputy, husband charged with murder

A Harris County sheriff's deputy and her husband who are charged with murder in the May death of John Hernandez at a local Denny's are asking for a change of venue and seeking to disqualify the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
