Saturday is final day to comment on local Harvey recovery housing plans

Residents have until Saturday to offer their comments on the Houston and Harris County plans to use $2.3 billion in federal housing funds for Hurricane Harvey recovery, Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush said Tuesday.
