San Antonio Sen. Uresti convicted on all 20 fraud charges, refuses to step down

State Sen. Carlos Uresti and co-defendant Gary Cain were found guilty Thursday on all 20 combined felony charges in a criminal fraud trial over the last month that has stunned San Antonio and the state capitol.
