Salvation Army Houston to shutter one shelter, change services at another

The Salvation Army of Greater Houston is closing the current emergency shelter for men, Harbor Light Center & Red Shield Lodge, and is changing services at Sally’s House downtown. Emergency services will still be available for men and women at different locations.
