Russia will complete final report on cause of aborted launch to space station Oct. 30

The final report on what caused a rocket booster to fail on a Soyuz spacecraft headed to the International Space Station will be approved by a Russian commission on Oct. 30, less than three weeks after the incident that involved a NASA astronaut.
