Rice students protest visit by VP Pence

Many students came prepared with rainbow flags showing their support for the LGBT community and posters boasting words like "VICE BIGOT," "No to Pence. Yes to Peace," and "Go Away Satan!"
Around 12:20 p.m., students practiced chants to prepare for Pence's arrival.
