Restaurants face choice: Whether to offer dine-in service

Slammed by effects of COVID-19, owners and managers at area eateries have differing opinions about the chance to offer limited dine-in services on May 1 following Gov. Greg Abbott’s order allowing reopening of all restaurants at 25 percent capacity.
