Rep. Joaquin Castro called out Energy Department for plutonium that went missing in S.A.

Congressman Joaquin Castro, D-San Antonio, wrote a letter to U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry demanding answers after reports surfaced of undisclosed amounts of plutonium and cesium stolen from the backseat of a vehicle in San Antonio.
