Prosecutor: Metro bus driver in fatal wreck violated road rules

Metropolitan Transit Authority officials previously said that bus drivers are allowed to pass other buses, but prosecutors  said Friday that passing isn't allowed on Peakwood as shown by a double yellow line in the road.
