Project to replace Ship Channel Bridge at $1 billion cost will take 6 years to complete

A nearly $1 billion project to tear down and replace the Ship Channel Bridge along the Sam Houston Tollway, between Highway 225 and I-10, is underway thanks to the Harris County Toll Road Authority.
