Problematic Houston Avenue bridge won't be raised until at least 2020, TxDOT says

Large 18-wheelers routinely strike the Houston Avenue Bridge over Interstate 10. The Texas Department of Transportation says it will likely be raised as part of a larger project starting in 2020.
