Prisoner escapes from custody in downtown Houston

Efrain Gutierrez, 38, was last seen in a red pickup truck near 1200 Congress, where he was in court, deputies said. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call the Harris County Sheriff's Office at 713-221-6000.
