Police hunt for serial killer in crime spree that has left three dead

That suspect is Jose Gilberto Rodriguez, 46, Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo said at a news conference. He is a 5'7", 135 lb.  man who should be considered "armed and dangerous," Acevedo said.
