Plastic surgery practice among first to accept cryptocurrencies

Patients have a new option to pay for their cosmetic services at Memorial Plastic Surgery. In February, the plastic surgery practice became among the first in Texas to accept cryptocurrencies.
Founder and CEO Dr. Patrick Hsu, who is a board-certified plastic surgeon, said he decided to offer the new payment method as cryptocurrencies had grown in popularity.
"Cryptocurrency provides an alternative payment method, with a number of benefits, which is an attractive option to many people," he said.
