Planned warehouse to be biggest commercial building in Deer Park

A company plans to build a warehouse that will be the largest commercial building in Deer Park, a city official reported.
Deer Park City Council recently approved the annexation of 37 acres north of Texas 225 on Independence Parkway that is owned by Molto Properties, paving the way for the entrepreneurial industrial real estate firm to to construct a 410,000 square foot logistics warehouse, according to Debbie Westbeld, the city’s economic development administrator.
