Perry Homes opens new model in Meridiana’s second phase

Perry Homes opened its fourth showcase model in Meridiana, the community of new homes south of Pearland, where it will add new homes on 55-foot homesites in Meridiana’s second phase.Located at 10111 Napier Drive, the new Perry Homes model features 2,737 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three baths, island kitchen, entertaining spaces, game room, library with French doors and extended covered backyard patio.
