Pedestrian dies after crash in SW Harris County

The crash happened around 11:30 p.m., when the pedestrian, a middle-aged man, tried crossing the highway in an unprotected area near West Bend Drive, said Sgt. Simon Cheng of the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
