Ozone action day in effect for Harris, Galveston, Brazoria counties

The three counties are under an "ozone action day," meaning staying outside for long periods of time could be unhealthy for people with lung disease, children and older adults, and people who are active outdoors, according to the Environmental Protection Agency.
