Opera singer, husband charged in 2010 Houston rape case

David Daniels, 52, a countertenor who has sung with the Houston Grand Opera and others, was charged with sexual assault stemming from an alleged incident in 2010 that was publicly disclosed in August. Daniels' husband, Scott Walters, 36, was also arrested on the same charges.
