Opera singer arrested in 2010 Houston rape case

David Daniels, 52, a countertenor who has sung with the Houston Grand Opera and others, was charged with sexual assault, said Victor Senties, spokesman with the Houston Police Department. Daniels' husband, Scott Walters, 36, was also arrested on the same charges.
