One in five eligible Houstonians aren't using SNAP benefits, report says

More than one in five Houstonians eligible for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, are not claiming their benefits according to a new report led by the Houston Food Bank and nonprofit, Children at Risk.
