One dead in hit-and-run wreck near Chinatown

The man was driving a white Mazda 3 eastbound on Town Park Drive near Ranchester about 4:40 a.m. when the driver of a silver Toyota that was parked on the side of the road pulled into the roadway directly in front of the Mazda, authorities said.
