NorthGrove is site of GHBA Benefit home

The community of NorthGrove is the site for the 2019 Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Benefit Home that is being built by Chesmar Homes. Toll Brothers, the community developer, donated the homesite. Chesmar is well underway with construction of their Mesquite plan for this 39-year-old charity fundraiser.
NorthGrove is located off FM 2978 in Magnolia, in southern Montgomery County. The community is located within proximity to The Woodlands while offering a more intimate, small town fee
