No escape: A time of calorie reckoning

More than eight years after the Affordable Care Act made it mandatory that the food industry post calorie counts for virtually all menu items, the controversial federal rule finally went into full effect this week. It was one of the final pieces of the 2010 law known as Obamacare to be fully implemented after facing years of delays and objection.
