National Democrats target Houston Democrat for defeat

A civil war has re-ignited within the Democratic Party over a key Houston congressional race, rekindling some of the tension between members loyal to Bernie Sanders and those who backed Hillary Clinton. It ramped up after the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee late Thursday put out a series of attacks against Democrat Laura Moser, claiming she is too flawed a candidate to win in November against Republican incumbent John Culberson.
