NASA OIG finds ground structure for launching moon rocket is over budget, behind schedule

The NASA Office of Inspector General has released another scathing report related to the government agency's efforts to reach the moon by 2024, this time taking aim at the ground structure that will be used to assemble, process, transport and launch NASA's rocket.
