More road flooding expected in NW Harris Co. as reservoirs rise

Reservoirs in northwest Harris County are expected to continue rising on Tuesday – even without more rain – which may result in more flooded thoroughfares.And creeks in the area aren't expected to drain for several days.Eldridge, Barker-Cypress and Clays road are predicted to go under water as Addicks Reservoir fills up. The same goes for Westheimer Parkway in the Barker Reservoir.
