Midland ISD reprimands teacher-coach for 'bigoted' comments on El Paso shooting

An Midland ISD teacher and coach has been verbally reprimanded following comments he allegedly made on a Facebook post after the El Paso shooting. The comments were described to have "bigoted aspects" toward immigrants.
