Meridiana opens second phase of new homes

Meridiana is more than a community of new homes, it’s a collection of waterfront settings, more than 20 miles of trails and 100 acres of tree-lined parks.
Located on Texas 288 south of Pearland, this community dedicated to education for all ages is now opening its second phase. It also offers outdoor learning labs where families can learn about the constellations, soundwaves, velocity and other principles of science.
In addition to new homes, Meridiana’s second phase includes the on-
