Media outlets fight to keep lethal injection court hearing open to public

The Houston Chronicle and three other media outlets on Friday filed a motion to intervene in an ongoing lethal injection lawsuit, asking the court to keep the case open to the public as the Texas prison system resumes talks with the FDA over confiscated drugs imported from India.
