Man shot while driving in Galveston County

A man was shot and killed while driving in Galveston County, KHOU reports.The incident happened in LaMarque, by the FM 1764 and the Gulf Freeway intersection, at around 2 a.m. Saturday. The victim was dead when responding officers arrived.A woman said that she saw the car behind her hit a barrier, cross the lanes and strike another barrier, KHOU reported. She heard "pop sounds" before the crash.
