Man fatally shot after argument in east Houston

A man was fatally shot in east Houston early Saturday morning after a verbal altercation.One man shot another after they were heard yelling at each other at the corner of 75th Street and Avenue I around 2 a.m. The man died at the scene, and the suspect fled.
