Man faces intoxication manslaughter charges in connection with crash that killed a woman

Both women in the SUV were rushed to area hospitals in critical condition, according to Harris County Sheriff's Office Senior Deputy Thomas Gilliland. One of the women had to be resuscitated several times while the other had blunt-force trauma to her neck, Gilliland said.
