Man dead in crash with stalled flatbed trailer on Katy Freeway feeder

Nelson Wade was driving a Lexus sedan at a high rate of speed when he struck the back of a flatbed semi-trailer around 9:24 p.m. Monday on the westbound service road, between Eldridge and Highway 6, officials said.
