Man charged in murder case that went cold under disgraced Houston detective

A 31-year-old Houston man has been charged with capital murder in the 2011 death of a prostitute, whose case went cold under disgraced HPD detective Ryan Chandler.Joseph Richard Reyna was charged Monday after DNA taken during a previous arrest was traced back to Natalie Ochoa, 31, according to court records.
