Man arrested after SWAT team standoff inside Houston pawn shop

A burglary suspect was arrested after he barricaded himself inside a Houston pawn shop near Federal Road.  Houston police said they received a call around 1 a.m. Sunday morning regarding an alarm and possible break-in at the pawn shop.
