Man accused in crime spree to remain held without bond

The Houston-area man charged in a crime spree that left three people dead this month will continue be held without bond, a judge ruled Monday morning. Jose Gilberto Rodriguez, a 46-year-old parolee who cut off his ankle monitor before allegedly launching a nine-day reign of terror, is facing two counts of capital murder and has been jailed without bond.
