A Houston man who attorneys say has been exonerated by DNA analysis in a 2010 slaying in Montrose was released from prison Tuesday after prosecutors recommended he receive bail while the case is reinvestigated.Lydell Grant, 42, was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison in the slaying of 28-year-old Aaron Scheerhoorn.
