Kellyanne Conway asks reporter's ethnicity as she defends Trump's racist remarks

Kellyanne Conway, responding to a reporter's question Tuesday about President Donald Trump's racist tweet toward four Democratic congresswomen, asked the journalist: "What's your ethnicity?"
