'It's still here': Gov. Abbott warns Texans not to forget measures to stop COVID-19 spread

Abbott spoke repeatedly about personal responsiblity, calling on Texans to follow three basic strategies to avoid contracting or spreading the virus: wearing a mask, washing or sanitizing one's hands and maintaining safe distancing.
