Is Andrew White running for Texas 'govorner'?

If he gets elected, maybe we'd just call him "Govorner" White.In announcing his plan Wednesday to pump more than $9 billion in additional state funding into public education, should he be elected next November to replace Republican incumbent Greg Abbott, Andrew White spoke of the fond memories he had for his teachers -- including a fourth-grade teacher named Mrs. Kriel who taught him at Austin's Cedar Creek Elementary.
