I-10 at San Jacinto River fully reopens months after barge collision due to Imelda

Months after two runaway barges struck the westbound Interstate 10 bridge over the San Jacinto River in Sept. due to floodwaters from Tropical Storm Imelda, all lanes of the bridge have fully reopened as of Jan. 20, according to officials with the Texas Department of Transportation Houston District.
