Humanitarian MacKenzie Scott gives an estimated $160M to HBCUs

MacKenzie Scott, philanthropist and ex-wife of Amazon co-founder Jeff Bezos, has donated $1.7 billion to charity, and $160 million of that has been given to historically Black colleges and universities, along with two HBCU advocacy organizations.
