Houston's Criminal Courthouse to partially re-open

Harris County officials are expected to announce on Friday that Houston's criminal courthouse, which has been shuttered since being damaged last year in Hurricane Harvey, will partially re-open to accommodate suspects who are detained in the Harris County Jail.
