Houston Municipal Courts offers amnesty program for 3 weeks

The City of Houston Municipal Courts Department has announced an amnesty program that would discount delinquent cases over the next three weeks, according to a press release.Starting 8 a.m. Friday until midnight Nov. 17, defendants of delinquent cases dated before Sept. 1 can resolve their eligible cases and won't be subject to arrest if they voluntarily appear at any municipal court.
