Houston council to consider flood rescue equipment purchase for Fire Dept.

After Hurricane Harvey's flooding exposed glaring inadequacies in the Houston Fire Department's high-water rescue fleet, city officials are set Tuesday to vote to buy dozens of new boats and trucks to help deal with future emergencies.
