Houston Council targets illegal dumpers with 22 new surveillance cameras

Shady tire dealers, unethical contractors and others inclined to dump couches, construction debris or junked appliances by the roadside will stand a little better chance of getting caught if Houston City Council agrees to buy 22 more surveillance cameras for $91,000 this week.
